Titlul proiectului : “ DİNLERSEN ANLARSIN / NO VIOLENCE BE SILENCE „

Tipul proiectului: multilateral youth exchange (proiectul este finantat de catre Comisia Europeana prin intermediul Programului Youth in Action)

Locul de desfasurare: Burdur(localitate situata in apropierea de Antalya)

Tari participante: Romania,Italia, Ungaria,Franta si Turcia

Tema proiectului : The project will gather 25 youngsters from 5 different countries to spend together 8 days in which by means of non-formal education and interactive approach will seek the origins of gender discrimination in order to understand better it`s impact and consequences to society. Interaction with other culture and making acquaintance with another social reality will widdn each view into understanding and accepting the differences and appreciate the similarities. Throw activities which stimulate creativity and interaction each will have the chance of placing oneself for a short period, in a fictive manner, in a discriminative posture and share knowledge with the others afterwards about the feelings had during that situation. Placing oneself in the position of a victim of discrimination will enable to enlarge perspectives and seek for inovative methods to fight gender discrimination. In order to do so, the youngsters will learn during the workshops foreseen in our activities the legal basis and terms of human rights which they can use as a tool and which encourage them in this pursue.The project intends to foster mutual understanding among youngsters, induce the sense of tolerance and raise awareness towards the problem of gender discrimination nowadays in society and the impact it has on all of us. Together we will:

· seek for the most suitable means to fight against gender discrimination and become aware of our similarities rather than our differences

· overcome barriers of communication and enlarge the confort zone when interacting with others and when being part of a social and gender mixed group.

· understanding the importance of learning to appreciate one`s values without judging and to search further the appearcance and being confortable to share knowledge and opinions with others

· learn how to act within legal spheres in order to influence positively the pursue for gender equality

· raise awareness among youngsters with regard to the importance of involving actively into society and to use the right of freedom of expression

Profilul participantului:

-cetatean roman

– varsta intre 18-25 ani

-nivel mediu limba engleza

-student/masterand/ absolvent al unei institutii de invatamant superior din Bucuresti

-posesor de pasaport,fara de care nu se poate intra in Turcia(se poate face in 7 zile in regim normal sau in 2 ore la urgenta)

Participanti romani :4 persoane +1 lider de grup

Costuri :Cheltuielile legate de cazare(hotel) si masa sunt suportate in totalitate de catre organizatia gazda. Totodata sunt acoperite si o parte din cheltuielile de transport international. Transportul se va realiza cu avionul  pe ruta Bucuresti-Istanbul si apoi cu autocarul pe ruta Istanbul-Burdur.
